Group Fitness Program Descriptions

Group Fitness Class Descriptions

·         Abs Express- This class is designed to help target and strengthen all of your abdominal muscles as well as improve your lower back strength. This 20-minute class is designed for people of all fitness levels. (Class Limited to 48 people)

·         Bags- This is the ultimate class if you are looking for something with a punch. The objective is to have a great workout and relieve stress all at the same time. This class will increase flexibility, coordination and stamina all while punching and kicking on a bag. (Class limited to 48 people)

·         Ball Works- This thirty minute class will train all of your major muscle groups while using the Stability Ball for support. Various forms of equipment will be used for training as well such as medicine balls, dumbbells, and bands. Abdominal work is also included. (Class limited to 30 People)

·         Boot Camp- This Fun Dynamic circuit workout will improve your strength, agility, balance, core and conditioning with the use of the BOSU, Speed ladders, Medicine Balls, Versa Disc, Jump Ropes and more come get in Shape with us. (Class limited to 30 people)

·         BOSU BLAST- (Both Sides Up) Train your body like you have never trained it before.  This class will incorporate interval training with the use of  BOSU Balls, Versa Disc, Stability balls, Medicine balls, and other various forms of equipment to help strengthen your core muscles, as well as improve your coordination and balance. This class will work with all fitness levels. (Class Limited to 26 People)

·         Cardio Mix- Get your heart rate going in this one hour cardio class by doing various combinations of exercises such as step, hi/lo, Kickboxing and much more. This class will work with all fitness levels (Class limited to 30 people)

·         Cardio Conditioning and Core- This class is a great way to get a full body workout in a quick amount of time. Start off with Step Choreography, followed by Body Sculpting and ending with a hard Core abdominal workout. (Class Limited to 30 people)  

·         Kickboxing- The objective of this class is to use the training routines of kick boxers. Learn how to use your hands and feet to defend yourself all while increasing, coordination, speed, and stamina.

 (No Bag) (Class limited to 48 people)

·         Pilates- What class do you know that will help improve your posture, coordination, sense of balance, joint mobility, stamina, and relieve stress all in one. Come try our 45 minute Pilates class and find out. (Class limited to 48 people)

·         Plyo Edge- If you want a class that is Fun, Intense, and High Impact come try our Plyo-Edge class that will increase your strength, explosiveness, power, speed, and agility. This class is designed for a more advanced level of Fitness. (Class limited to 20 people)

·         Shallow Water Aerobics- Come Join the fun in this low impact cardio class. You will get an overall workout training all of your major muscle groups with the use of gyros, dumbbells, steps and more all while splashing in the in the water. This class is for all fitness levels.

·         Spinning- “Take an intense imaginary ride on our Schwin Spinner”! This class is on a stationary bike that is designed to go at your own pace for first timers and highly trained athletes. No matter what your fitness level you will have an excellent and exciting workout. (Class limited to 14 people)

·         Step Aerobics- High Intensity Aerobics involving both Simple and Complex Combinations. Adjustable step heights allow beginner and more advanced fitness levels to customize their own workouts. (Class Limited to 35 people)

·         Tone It Up- If you need to add a little excitement and variety to your weight training routine, than come and try Tone-it-up. This class will focus on a total body workout that concentrates on all the major muscle groups. Steps, Body bars, light Dumbbell work included. (Class limited to 22 people)

·         Yoga- Cultivate a practice of physical and mental balance using classical yoga poses. The goal of the practice is to improve physical health, strength, flexibility, balance and most importantly, improve our state of mind. (Class Limited to 48 people)
